The short version

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Every font and file is served from our own domain. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply and to do business with you.

Information this site collects

None directly. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. You can read how Cloudflare handles that data in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share. We use it to respond, to scope and deliver work, and to keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.

Client engagements

Information we access while working for a client is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@terravoss.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
